Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RedLine collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when businesses and their customers use our services.

1. Who we are

RedLine provides AI-assisted WhatsApp Business calling, call routing, transfer, recording, transcription, callback, and business automation tools. A business using RedLine controls how its workspace and connected WhatsApp Business account are configured.

For information processed on behalf of a RedLine business customer, that business is the data controller and RedLine acts as its service provider or processor.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how RedLine is used, we may process:

  • Account information, including name, business name, email address, role, and authentication data.
  • WhatsApp Business identifiers, phone number IDs, business account IDs, profile information, and connection status.
  • Customer and contact information supplied by a business, including names, phone numbers, tags, and notes.
  • Call information, including caller and recipient numbers, timestamps, status, routing events, duration, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and callback requests.
  • AI configuration, instructions, knowledge-base documents, FAQs, and business information.
  • Reservation or CRM information when a business connects an external service.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, security, and audit events.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve RedLine.
  • Answer, route, transfer, record, transcribe, and summarize business calls as configured by the customer.
  • Generate AI responses using the connected business's instructions and knowledge base.
  • Create callbacks, reservations, and other actions requested during a conversation.
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain audit records.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. WhatsApp and Meta data

When a business connects WhatsApp Business, RedLine processes data received through Meta APIs only to provide the connected features authorized by that business. Use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms and privacy policies. RedLine does not use WhatsApp customer data for unrelated advertising.

5. AI and service providers

RedLine may use infrastructure and AI providers, including Cloudflare for application, database, storage, and security services; Meta for WhatsApp Business functionality; and ElevenLabs for voice-agent and audio processing. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their contracted services and are subject to their own data-protection obligations.

6. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized workspace users, contracted service providers, a business customer responsible for the conversation, or authorities when legally required. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

Information is retained for the period selected by the business customer, while an account is active, and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Account owners and affected individuals may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the RedLine contact page. We may need to verify the requester's identity and coordinate requests with the relevant business customer.

8. Security and tenant isolation

RedLine uses access controls, encrypted connections, secret management, audit records, and tenant-scoped authorization. Each business's WhatsApp connections, AI configuration, documents, contacts, reservations, and call data are logically isolated from other businesses. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. International processing

RedLine and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use contractual and technical measures designed to protect information during international transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. If your information was handled during a call with a RedLine business, contact that business first or contact us so we can route the request appropriately.

11. Children

RedLine is a business service and is not directed to children. Businesses using RedLine are responsible for configuring their services and obtaining any consent required when handling information relating to minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RedLine evolves or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate channels.

13. Contact and privacy requests

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, contact RedLine and identify the relevant business and WhatsApp phone number.
